Acai Bowl? Nope, DRAGON Bowl

This right here helps me to visualize in the morning..... that I'm on an island, surrounded by blue water....

THIS IS THE DRAGON BOWL. Cousin of the Acai Bowl, and my preference. The frozen acai that is sold in most stores has sugar added to it, which I don't want or need. The PitayaPlus dragon fruit packs don't, and are MAGENTA! 

For the base blend:

  • 1 Pitaya frozen pack
  • several frozen mango chunks (or your favorite sweeter fruit)
  • a little water

Then add whatever you want. I highly suggest: 

  • Kiwi
  • Banana
  • Walnuts
  • Coconut
  • Hemp
  • Granola
  • Blueberries, peaches etc! 

Today I also added some Brain Octane Oil and Moringa. My brain noticeably functions better when I drink bulletproof coffee (check this out if your unfamiliar). But today I didn't want to drink it, so, in hopes to get some brain food in with my breakfast, I added it. This moringa, chia, and marine phytoplankton blend by Freeman Formula is great stuff - I'll explain why in a future post.
